Please be advised that as of July 26, 2008, my terms of use have changed.

Napolei Scraps Terms of Use

All Napolei Scraps supplies are for personal use only! This means they may not be used in any project that you will be making a profit from, whether printed or digital.

You may not use them to make supplies for any kind of project/item/scrap kit, that you will be distributing as your own, whether you will be profiting from it or not.

Please do not claim any of my supplies as your own.

Please do not alter any of them and claim them as your own.

You may resize or colorize them to suit your projects, layouts, tags, etc.

You may use my exclusive kits in your websets,layouts etc. but the kit must be purchased before doing so.

You may use any of my supplies for sig tag tutorials, but please do not include them in your supplies that you provide unless you email me to get permission first. Instead, send users to my blog.

Please do not change the filenames.

Please respect the terms and conditions (TOU). Sharing these files in ANY WAY is NOT allowed. This applies to any freebie kits as well. If someone you know
would like my kit then please direct them to my Napolei Scraps Blog at http://napoleiscraps.blogspot.com/.

If you have any questions/comments regarding my scrap kits or TOU please email me at napoleiscraps@gmail.com.

I may change the TOU at any time, as I see fit. It is your responsibility to make sure you are abiding by them, even if changes are made.

By downloading my supplies, you agree to the TOU set forth for their use.
